What can be Returned
Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. Once an order has been placed online, we cannot edit this order or cancel this order once it has been placed. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, shipping and stock delays or if you choose the wrong garment size. Note that sizing measurements online are within +- 2cm, anything outside of this is faulty.
Returns for Faulty Item
Should an item you receive be faulty or not as ordered (provided the fault is a manufacture or printing issue), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
The date of your purchase
Your order number
What you want to return
Why you want to return it
A photo outlining the fault/damage
You must notify us immediately or within 14 Days of freight carrier delivery date of the order.
Once we receive the email, we will organise a replacement and ship the item again at no extra cost to you if it meets our return policy
